Your JEE mains percentile and your rank in ap EAMCET can fetch you branches like mechanical engineering, chemical engineering,civil engineering as the cut offs for these branches have gone upto 40k last year. You won't be able to get non core branches because for that you need to be under 1k and 5k for electrical branch.

However the cut offs depends upon certain factors such as number of candidates appearing in the examination, previous year cutoffs and difficulty level of questions.
