my jenpas merit rank is 10057,can I get chance in any government colleges for BSC nursing?

Hope you are fine...

As per your query your JENPAS Rank is 10057 which mean you scored 80-99 and you did not mentioned you category also, so I am considering it general.

here is the cutoff list for JENPAS

General/OBC/EWS-1        130

OBC-2                                 120

SC                                        110

ST                                         80

So, if you belongs to ST Category then you have chances to Get government B.Sc nursing seat but if you belongs to SC/OBC/EWS/GN then sorry to say but you have very less chance to get Government seat for B.Sc Nursing

For Government B.SC seat your score must be higher than 130, don not lose hope try to give your best.
