Well at this rank of yours it is unlikely that you may get any good colleges. Although you may get good NITs but that too with a branch that is not preferrable to you. You can go for NIT Agartala, though in this college you can get ELectronics and Instrumentation and Electrical as well(this one has a very less possibility). Also you have the option of Electrical and Electronics in NIT Meghalaya and ECE in NIT Nagaland and NIT Mizoram. Also, you can go for some IIITs, and if you can go for private colleges then they are equally good. You can check the college predictor link to get a clear idea-
