As you have not mentioned your category it is hard to tell if you can get into MS Ramaiha medical college but here is cutoff marks for general, obc, sc, st.
Government - 457, 446, 353, 529
Management - 477 (General)
So based on this if you are in general category then you dont have chances for getting admission in this college
