Don't worry you will be able to make changes in your name submitted in Application form of NEET 2021 and the name which will be considered for counselling or any admission process will be the same as mentioned on the NEET 2021 Application form so you can modify your name during the NEET correction window which will be live from August 8th to 12th 2021 and if you think that some other details are also to be modified from the mentioned details then you can do so during the specified time period :-

>> Personal details - Father’s/mother’s name, date of birth, gender, birthplace, eligibility for 15% AIQ, ID card details among others

>> Exam preference details - Medium of question paper, NEET exam centers (cities) 2021 preferences

>> Academic details - Class 10, 11 & 12 details

>> Address details - Permanent, correspondence address and contact details

>> Image Discrepancies (if any)

You can follow the given steps to make correction in it :-

** Visit the official site of NEET 2021and click on the button saying' Correction in NEET UG 2021 Application form'.

** Now login using your login credentials.

** Edit/delete/modify the details whichever required in NEET 2021 application form.

** After making corrections just click on 'Preview and Submit' and then preview your form if it does not require further modification then just submit it.

** Now you will get an OTP on your registered mobile number and e-mail, just enter it and your correction will be submitted.

** Now take the print out of your NEET correction slip for future references.
