You completed your 10th standard studies right. After that first you have to decide what to do next.If u want to join in polytechnic college.First you have to choose you interested course and you have to join in it.According to placement ,you have to develop your skills during studies.Skills are the key to get job in your field. If you are confident and efficient in your skill will definitely able to be get placed in company of your field you are studying.Hope this will be useful to you.
