You should know that there is 15% under All India scheme that allows 15% seats quota in every state, to all students.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you yes you can take admission in MBBS courses in other states also but you will have to take admission in all india quota seats as in many medical colleges seats are being reserved for state quota students so you need to score as high as possible to get admission.
