My NEET PG2025 AIR rank is 25070 and score is 499. I am EWS. Can I get general surgery or ortho in any government college through AIQ?

These branches usually close at much higher ranks (within 12k–15k for General Surgery and even earlier for Orthopaedics).

Your chances in AIQ government quota for these subjects are very slim. You may try in state quota counselling where cut-offs go higher.
