Under the 15 percent All India Quota, there are 510 government college seats in total, for Veterinary Sciences. Last year, the last rank which got admission into a veterinary college under unreserved category 3,01,707 which corresponds to a NEET UG score above 350. So if the same trend continues, then you have very narrow chances of getting admission into a government Veterinary college under 15 percent All India Quota.

I am sorry to tell you dear but 209 marks in Neet is quite low for getting a seat in Veterinary, usually a marks of 350 + is required to get into veterinary.
So , to be honest, with your marks, you will not get a seat .
I suggest you to prepare again for neet and clear it next year with flying colours and fulfil your dream of becoming a doctor.
