Sorry but you have mentioned your state and category and if you are from general category then you have not qualified neet cutoff  and there is no chance of getting a government college in any stream as the cutoffs are genrally higher and for getting a government colleges in mbbs you have to score above 540+ marks to be on the safer side and get a  seat and for ayurveda college the score should be above 450marks . As you have not qualified the cutoff then you are not eligible for the colleges so either you choose for other courses or take a year drop , prepare well and then come back next year with full preparation .

I'm really to say, According to the previous year cuttoff or latest expected cuttoff update, I you have no chance of government college for bams either you belong from any category..
YOU have quite low marks for government college..
But you have a chance to get private medical college.. Or you can try next year for government college..
