Nevertheless, all this while 65% of the seats in ESIC Medical Colleges were filled through State Quota, 20% was fileld through IP Quota by wards of Insured of ESI and 15% of the seats were filled by the DGHS on behalf of the MCC. Now this 20% is being scrapped in favour of clubbing them with All India Counselling. So now you do not have any IP Quota. There are 900 seats available in ESIC Colleges across India and all these seats will be filled through AIQ and SQ.
