Hello Abhishek!
MHT-CET has recently changed its scoring pattern to percentile scores. Government colleges usually have very high cut offs. Considering the percentile aspects, 72 percentile is quite low to get into government colleges. But u can put them in your CAP round lists because at the end of CAP rounds there are certain seats which remain empty. However this can be risky as well. So I would suggest you try for other colleges and also keep government colleges as option.
