As per you say that you belong to MBC category and your score is above the normalized cutoff i.e. 54. Then you have good chances to get some of the colleges. The colleges according to your needs are:

All private colleges are quite expensive. Govt institution like dept of management studies in college of engg. Guindy and University of Madras are relatively less expensive.
