My obc ncal rank is 14172 for jee main paper 2.Will I get admission in any government colleges?

Your marks are good but not enough for getting admission in governement or any NIT colleges because every year the cut-offs of colleges changes but based on latest updates it is clear that your chances are very less. But you can opt for private colleges too. Best of luck for your future.
