My OBC-NCL certificate is of Haryana and domicile certificate is also from Haryana. I want to know that my caste should lie in Delhi central list of OBCs or Haryana central list of OBCs if I want to take admission in DU ???? Thanks!! please answer.

Dear Aspirant,
Almost every time when you applied for a college outside of your state you must have to have the OBC-NCL certificate issued by central government. Your state's certificate will not be of any help in the universities/colleges which lies outside of your state. Same is going to be the case with Delhi University for you.
