my OBC rank is 104880 in which round I will got college.I am given 3option civil,computer science, electronics and telecommucation.

Dear student,
First of all your must mention the examination name. Now assuming that your have given jee mains exam, and in this exam you have secured 104880 obc rank, then there is no chance for you to get any college by josaa counseling ( assuming that you are asking your query for josaa round counselling ).
For getting a seat you must secure at least under 13000 OBC rank to get a seat in NIT and below 4000 for an IIIT, and for computer science engineering your rank must be under 2000 from OBC category.
Also with this much huge obc rank you cannot get civil engineering or any other branched no matters that at which place you have filled these choices.
So, you cannot get any seat in any college with this much obc rank and then there will be only one hope remaining for you - CSAB.
Or better you try for some other private colleges.
