Cutoff mark and rank can not be predicted exactly because it depends upon various factors.

No NIT or BIT mesra is possible for such a lower rank. However you can be eligible if your home state is other than maharashtra (as shown in your profile.)
For now, you should prepare for other engineering entrances like JEE ADVANCE, BITSAT and VITEEE. You can also apply at JMI based on your JEE MAINS score.

I have suggested JMI to saad because it has 50% minority quota.
