Admissions to IIT's are through the JEE advanced examinations only. Since that examination has not been conduted for 2019 yet i believe that you must be referring to your percentile score from the recenty conducted JEE mains examination which has percentile method of providing marks. Percentile score is a normalized score. Ranks cannot be predicted using this score, but higher the percentile, higher is your chance. And If you have qualified the JEE which yo have a high chance for considering your percentile, then you are able to write JEE advanced. Then based on this ranking IIT admissions will be done..
