According to your rank you can't get Computer science but if willing to take any other courses like mechanical engineering or electrical engineering there is a chance to get seat because your rank is not bad.

So i wod suggest you to go for it because PES Bangalore is one of the best engineering college with beat infrastructure and opportunity to explore yourself.
