First take the book and start reading.

No no stop it's a wrong way to do it.

Aim:- Reading a physics or math book  

Required material:- first took a paper and pencil and pen with the book

Procedure:- now read a single topic thouroghly . oh ! You read it. Its done

Not it's only trailer now take a pencil and try to draw your intuition about it I know its a lot of mathematics but try to draw . If you can't then write the mathematics required for it.

Still you can't do it  no matter go to the book and reread the whole topic line by line and now try to draw your intution if its done, than you understood the topic but not completely

Now go to the problems based on  your topic try to solve problems you can't do it then your learning is incomplete again go to your topic reread it and try to solve .

Oh!! Its done you understood it completely

Wait go to your paper write all the things you understood and it's done .

Now your drawing is complete and your topic also.

Your thinking it is very hard

Please keep in mind that learning is slow process
