my question is in my enrollment form for b.pharmacy 1 st year collage mg cet percentile is 45.77 and i submitted 45.76 si my enrollment form is approved or not?

Dear aspirant,
As you have mentioned a very minor mistake in your filling of enrollment form for b.pharmacy and considering your percentile is one or the same . It's just a minor mistake . You won't get into any trouble but for safety you should contact the officials regarding this mistake.
