Yes the passing criteria which is applicable in the year 2020 will be same if you write JEE Main and Advanced in the year 2021 as a dropper to get admission in the premier institute like IITs, NITs and GFTIs. Only one thing will change:
For considering you to be in top 20 percentile, if needs be, they will consider the marks they have decided in the year 2020 and not in the year 2021 since you passed your higher secondary examination in 2020. Others factors will same provided there is no sudden change like Covid19 pendemic.
