At this rank, you don't have many options to choose from. Below is the list of some IITs and branches which you might get in them:

• IIT  Jodhpur ( Biotech)
• ISM Dhanbad ( Mining Machinery Engg.)
• IIT BHU ( Mining )
• IIT BHU (Ceramic)
• ISM Dhanbad ( Environmental Engg.)

It is difficult to tell what branches or college you will get without knowing which category you belong to. 

Assuming that you are from general category, 9791 is a pretty fair rank to get in jee advanced, but is surely not enough to get into a top branch in a reputed IIT.

You can try and apply in IIT Madras and IIT BHU. Admission in IIT's generally close at 6000. But you can apply for IISER, which is a renowned institute and a great college if you are interested in research and has 3 to 5 campuses of the same. You can also go for RGIPT and ISM Dhanbad which also take admissions on the basis of IIT advanced.

As per your rank ,i.e 9791 and your category quota ,i.e General , and as per the previous year cutoffs.

You have some good chances of getting into IITs.
