First of all you haven't mentioned you category. Now assuming that you secure this much rank from general category, then congratulations you can get many good nits with this much general rank.
Along with some good nits you can also get iiits, even if you are not from home state quota.

So, you must participate in josaa counseling.

Now, as you belong from sc category, then still you can participate in josaa counseling, though you will not get any seat.
