My rank in jee mains is 20000 can i get computer science

With 20k i think its difficult to get CSE branch in NSIT Delhi as the seats get filled up under 3000 rank but coming to NITs most of the top class NITs accept students under 5k for CSE branch but still you can wait for the counselling as anything is possible.
