My rank in PUBDET 2019 Life Sciences, is GMR - 93, and I am from General category. Is there any chance I can get a seat in First year B.Sc?

Yes you should apply for counselling in the presidency college calcutta. You have fair chances to get seat for B.sc in this college . So register for counselling to confirm your seat. You got pretty decent rank si don't worry about seat . You will definitely get it.
