you are looking for upper branches than your rank must be between 0001–7000. But you can adopt second option for getting higher branches like (CSE,MECH).

 For you rank you can’t get a seat in  mechanical branch in Vellore campus! But you may get a seat in  other campuses like Amaravati or bhopal!
