Yes you have chances to get admission into iit kharagpur but for sure not with good or desired branch.
According to last year cutoff branches you can apply for are.
Biotechnology , manufacturing science
5 year integrated courses on industrial and system engineering , mining safety engineering
With 5 year msc courses like economics , physics
