My rank is 4916 and I belong to BC category can I get IT in anna university ceg campus or MIT campus?

You have not clearly mentioned for which examination, your rank corresponds to. If it the random number for TNEA, then you have chances at Madras Institute of technology. But, if you have mentioned about JEE main examination and it's ranking, then one thing to be clear is that Anna University does not accept admission on the basis of JEE main examination's score. The only way by which one can get admission there is by TNEA counseling. So, if you have applied for it and have a good cut off score, then you have good chances of getting selected.
