If you are from haryana state and belong to a category then you sre eligible.Even if you are not from a category you still might have a chance in ymca in the spot round.

Here is a link for last time cutoffs. If you are not prefering a certain branch you can surely get into one of the streams. It won't be a problem with that rank but do attend all the counselling sessions.
