my reap rank 1800(gen) & 650(obc) which gov. college can i get mbm, rtu, ctae , and which branch ? plz tell me

Well there is very less chance to get into MBM, even if you might, the branch will not be up to the mark but there is a good chance at RTU in Electrical or maybe civil and as far as ctae is concerned, it wouldn't be that hard to get mechanical but cse and electronics will be tough to get.
