my sc rank is 735,acc to previous closings i'll get btech in ECE at BHU,dual degre in Civil at BHU n MADRAS.which is better guys lemme know

Both are good it depends on your interest which branch your select. ECE is the demading branch from civil among students. It has more scope it terms of jobs.
