With 447 marks it's quite tough to secure a GMC seat in West Bengal,last year 518 secured a seat in Cooch zbehar Government Medical College and Hospital, and with this year increasing cutoffs, chances seem more difficult, you can consider other options of private colleges or deemed universities, cut-offs are subjective to change every year based on multiple factors like seat matrix, marks obtained in exam, toughness level of paper, total number of candidates participating in the exam etc.
