First of all congrats to your son for scoring well.

Now as per your question I want to mention that it is just impossible to get admission in any engineering branches in any of the BITS campuses.

However your son may get admission in the INTEGRATED M.Sc programs but only in BITS Pilani Hyderabad campus if and only if cutoffs goes low this year.As per the cutoff from last year the lowest cutoff was in M.Sc Biology which was 250. However pharmacy had a cutoff of 177.
