can i ask you a help , can i ge t into colleges above said by you with this rank because all my known members saying that i can't get into this , what can i do? because this is so confusing , and they said like there is no use of community rank , please explain mam please 

Who said you that? Don't listen to others. Apply for the colleges you will surely get. You have 1k general rank which is difficult for most of the candidates. Another point candidates having 10 lakh rank gets an admission so you can't. So try to find colleges you are eligible n prioritize them and apply for it.
