First of all congratulations on successfully qualifying. However you have a very average performance which may not be enough to get admission into a college. With a rank of 24297 it may be difficult to get CSE branch even with your category certificate. However do not be disheartened as you can apply to these colleges in Madurai :

• Vaigai College of Engineering , Madurai ( Last year closing rank : 49675) 
• Velammal College of Engineering, Madurai ( Last year closing rank: 15217)
