Coming to your question I would like to tell you , that at this rank even considering your category rank  you will not get the civil branch in MIT Muzaffarpur or in the bce Bhagalpur sorry to say that ,but there are some chances that you can get the  darbhanga engineering college but here also your possibility is very less as there now it totally depends on the no of students participating in the counseling ,
