Based on your VITEEE rank you have some chances of getting CSE/IT in 5th Category and ECE in 4th or 3rd category in Vellore campus.
But you can get Chennai campus with CSE/IT branch in 3rd category most probably and ECE in 2bd category.
Remember fee structure increases with increases in Category.You can choose any branch according to your interests and choice.
