Hello Shaurya,
If we go through previous year cutoff then you can't get admission in VIT Vellore or Chennai Campus. Since cutoff for Vellore Campus was 50,000 for Biomedical Engineering and for Chennai Campus it was 55,000. For popular branch, Rank must be below 20,000. Your rank is far away from this marks. It is almost impossible to get admission based on this rank in these two campuses.
