My wbjee 2019 rank is 30973 in general and 2196 in sc .Can I get any govt collage??

Your reserved category rank is good enough to get a seat in government engineering colleges. You can easily get puruliya or cooch behar govt engg college. You can get Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College in the 3rd round or in the mop up or decentralized round.
