After that you have to click on the schools and there you will get the school of civil engineering and visiting that option you can get information about the department.

After that you will see that there is a option called people in the school of civil engineering, click on that you will find the option of faculties and there email address. Although its not mentioned the name of the present HOD but you can get the email address.
