sir i have got a rank of 421304 in general category and 178529 in obc category . Am i eligible to get an admission in any of the medical colledges in INDIA?

Hello shefali and thanks , i want to clear a most important dougt that is -IS IT COMPELSORY TO CHOOSE EXAM CENTER IN THE SAME STATE OR NEAR BY CITY WHERE CANDIDATE RESIDING, IF CHOOSE OTHER THAN THIS ,BORD WILL ALLOT ANY WHERE CITY OTHER THAN SELECTED CITY OR FORM MAY BE REJECT , WHAT IS TRUE AND WHAT TO DO NOW ?
ALLREADY WE SUBMITTED APLICATION AND SELACT 3 CENTER IN RAJSTHAN BUT WE ARE RESIDING IN KERALA, CANDIDATE AADHAAR ALSO IN KERALA ADDRESS
