Neet - I am in obc in my state but not in central so for counselling in up state of neet which category i fill obc or general

You must fill obc quota if you are filling a counselling form for your state but general if you are filling form at all india level. As you are regarded as obc in your sate only and not at all india level. You may get tge information correctly.
