NEET is a National Level Entrance Exam for admission in MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMA etc.You cannot get admission in B.Sc Agriculture through NEET.
ICAR AIEEA is a national level entrance exam for B.Sc Agriculture (Hons) conducted by NTA.If you are interested you can apply for that.The applications are open.The eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 or other equivalent from a recognized board.General/OBC category candidates must have passed with 50% aggregate for SC/ST/PWD it is 40%.
