You haven't mentioned any category name so I'll suppose that you belong to Gen category.

Neet 2020 lowest cut off for MBBS in Gen category was 508 marks & Air 80124 for Government Medical College and Associated Hospital, Rajouri. And Lowest cut off for BDS course was at 486 marks through jammu kashmir state counselling.

This year cut off may drop due to toughness of paper then last year. Then also there are less chance of you getting govt MBBS/BDS college at your expected marks.

You may get private Medical/dental College at your marks.
