Last  year the cut off for 15% All India Quota was a rank within 13000. And with 520 marks this year, you rank must be around 70000. So based on this it is difficult for you to get a seat in government medical colleges through All India Quota. However, you can get management quota seats in Deemed Universities through All India Counselling for Deemed Universities.
