Yes, diploma courses are available, but the prospectus for 2019-20 session for CE programmes have not yet been released. You should keep checking the website to see if this year's diploma prospectus has been uploaded. I have also attached a link at the end of this answer.

You should first download the registration form from NIFT website. Fill up the registration form and send it to the NIFT Study Center personally or by post. The cover should have 'CE Registration form' and a Demand Draft of RS 1800/- for one year programs or RS 1000/- for 6 month diploma course.

The diploma program Available in NIFT Delhi this year is 'Craft Design Development and Planning', with one year duration (5 days a week) with total fees RS 2,50,000. More courses will be announced later.
