As far you know that BSC in computer science is a course that includes the study of information and computation, and of practical techniques for using machines to process information and perform computation.
As far as doing BSC in computer science is concerned you can pursue it irrespective of the fact that you don't have computer applications included in your class 12 boards but you would have had an upper hand over other students pursuing the same. You also need to have a check on your maths score card as it is the primary need. Also try to keep your class 12 results good so that you can take admission in the college you want.

B.Sc. Computer Science is a 3-year undergraduate degree course. It involves computer applications and services.
The course has some eligibility criterias, you must stand above them, these are :

• Candidate must have passed 12th from any recognized university or institution.
• Candidate have done 12th education with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology as compulsory subjects.
• Must have scored at least 50% score in the qualifying examination.

As you have mentioned, you are still doing your 12th which means that you are not eligible for admission in the course. Prepare best for your boards and score great marks in boards to get admission in government colleges like Delhi University, St. Xavier's college, SRM university, etc.

Yes you can definitely do it since now the colleges bend and are able to give admission regardless of which stream you're from! Only in the previous times they had but conditions such as PCM only. But now they allow students to go for bsc with computer science even if they are from PCB category in 12th.
