Now studying in self-finance college but want to transfer in the government college is possible ? And if yes then let me know the process !

Hello, 
No, there is no such provisions to get a transfer from private college to goverent college in next year. 
However there are some colleges and universities which allow lateral entry directly in 2nd year once you complete your degree from other college.

So, contact your college administration for more details about it.
