National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) is a national-level based scholarship program  and the most prestigious examinations in India conducted by the NCERT at the Secondary school level to identify and recognize the sttudents with high intellectual capabilities and academic talent. 

Around  9,00,000-10,00,000 students of Class X appear for this scholarship exam every year from all the entire country  for the 1st stage from which only about 4500 candidates are selected for the Stage 2 examination.
